Scope of Responsibilities

Management Accounting & Reporting: Establish, manage, and oversee internal financial accounting, analysis, and reporting standards.
Accounting & Taxation Oversight: Supervise the accounting department to ensure full compliance regarding general ledgers, financial statements, primary documentation, and tax planning.
External Financial Relations: Act as the primary liaison with banking institutions, tax authorities, and other financial entities.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Direct and optimize the company’s financial resources, working capital, and overall cash flows.
Financial Modeling & Budgeting: Develop long-term financial models, drive the annual budgeting process, and monitor budgetary execution across operational projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to national financial regulations, reporting standards, and relevant legislation.

Candidate Requirements

Professional Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in a senior financial executive role (CFO or Finance Director).
Industry Background: Extensive experience in the manufacturing or production sector is mandatory.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in financial management, tax law, financial accounting, and managerial reporting frameworks.
Advanced Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of transfer pricing principles and cross-border transactions.
Leadership Skills: Proven capability to lead, mentor, and structure financial teams effectively.
Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of complex Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) architecture.
Hands-on expertise integrating hardware and software in complex engineering systems.
Strong grasp of interactions between key components: flight stacks, sensors, payloads, power management systems, propulsion, and communication modules.
Experience configuring and tuning flight controllers based on ArduPilot or PX4 firmware, as well as working with telemetry, flight logs, and analytical software tools.
Proficiency in communication protocols and data interfaces: MAVLink, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MSP, Ethernet.
Practical experience configuring and integrating RF communication architectures.
Proficiency in technical documentation drafting (architectural requirements, schematics, test plans, trial reports, user manuals).
Strong technical decision-making, autonomy, and cross-functional synchronization capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software bugs.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aviation/Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or Embedded Systems.

Desired Work Experience:

2+ years of experience in systems engineering at the intersection of hardware and software solutions.
Mandatory hands-on experience in projects involving UAVs (fixed-wing or multirotor), aviation, robotics, or military hardware.
Proven track record managing all product lifecycle stages—from requirements gathering and concept design to field trials and serial manufacturing deployment.
Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.

Risk Management: Evaluate commercial, regulatory, and compliance risks when expanding into new markets or closing long-term agreements.
Pipeline Management & Analytics: Maintain CRM hygiene, analyze acquisition channels, track sales forecasts, and deliver regular performance metrics to leadership.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, International Relations, or Engineering/Technical fields.
Experience: 3+ years of business development or sales leadership experience, ideally within Tech, IT, Manufacturing, or MilTech/Defense sectors.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the MilTech/Defense landscape, including government procurement protocols, defense forces interaction, and volunteer foundations.
Communication & Sales Skills: Proven presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of handling objections and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
Language Proficiency: Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for international partner engagement.
Mindset: High accountability, proactive drive, structured analytical thinking, and comfortable navigating rapid change and ambiguity.

Core Responsibilities

Algorithm Development: Design, build, and optimize Computer Vision algorithms tailored for UAV platforms.
Video Stream Processing: Work with live video streams to implement real-time object detection and target tracking.
Embedded AI/CV Integration: Integrate and optimize AI/CV models for resource-constrained embedded computing platforms.
Testing & Debugging: Test, debug, and fine-tune algorithms across diverse operational environments and flight modes.
Neural Network Deployment: Research, adapt, and deploy deep learning neural network models.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Skills & Technical Background:

Core Responsibilities

Antenna Assembly & Fine-Tuning: Prototype fabrication, integration of antenna systems into UAV platforms, and precision tuning using specialized microwave (RF/SHF) measurement tools.
Design & Optimization: Design, model, and optimize high-performance antenna systems.
Electromagnetic Simulation: Perform 3D electromagnetic modeling and field simulation.
Technical Documentation: Draft engineering documentation, manufacturing specs, and technical protocols.
Testing & Measurement: Conduct parameter testing and verification in laboratory and field settings.
