SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise creating advanced UAV systems, is seeking a driven R&D Process Engineer to oversee repair technology, service routing, and maintenance optimization for our unmanned aerial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Documentation: Develop, structure, and maintain technological routing sheets and procedures for UAV repair and servicing.
• Diagnostics & Overhaul Supervision: Oversee diagnostic workflows, troubleshooting, and repair processes for unmanned aircraft systems.
• Failure Analysis: Analyze hardware failures and structural defects, formulating corrective action plans and design improvement recommendations.
• Service Innovation: Implement advanced repair techniques and optimize maintenance protocols to enhance fleet readiness.
• Technical Training: Conduct training sessions for service technicians and personnel on maintenance standards and repair workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate engineering logs, technical reports, and service documentation.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a process engineering, manufacturing, or service/maintenance role (preferably within aviation, defense, robotics, or complex hardware engineering).
• Delivery & Execution: Strong track record of meeting technical deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in drafting, formatting, and updating technological and maintenance documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Practical knowledge of SolidWorks (for CAD model viewing and drawing inspection), MS Excel, and Google Docs.
