SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise developing cutting-edge UAV technologies, is seeking a driven Process Engineer (Composites) to join our team. Core Responsibilities

• Process Documentation: Author and maintain detailed process routing sheets, repair protocols, and work instructions for UAV composite assemblies.
• Diagnostics & Repair Oversight: Oversee diagnostic procedures and structural repair workflows for unmanned aircraft systems.
• Failure & Defect Analysis: Perform root-cause analysis on structural failures and formulate corrective engineering recommendations.
• Process Optimization: Implement advanced composite repair techniques and streamline field service and overhaul operations.
• Technical Training: Train production and maintenance personnel on composite repair procedures and technical standards.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain engineering documentation, revision logs, and operational quality reporting.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of process or manufacturing engineering experience, preferably within aerospace, composite manufacturing, or related engineering industries.
• CAD & Software Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks (for viewing and reviewing CAD/engineering documentation); confidence in MS Excel and Google Docs.
• Documentation Skills: Proven ability to draft structured technical documentation and process cards.
• Key Traits: High responsibility, detail-oriented execution, and strong adherence to project deadlines.
