Opportunities for Young Talent We are convinced that the future of Ukrainian defense tech is shaped by people. That is why “Atlon Avia” invests in the development of young engineers, college students, and high school students by creating opportunities for learning, internships, and professional growth. Internships and Work Experience We collaborate with higher education institutions and accept students for internships in accordance with university curricula. For each intern, we assign a mentor from the Atlon Avia team to help them adapt and gain practical experience. If a student demonstrates strong performance and the mentor recommends continuing the collaboration, we offer a paid internship lasting up to four months with the prospect of future employment. AVIA Lab AVIA Lab is a joint educational and research space established by Atlon Aviation and the Kyiv Aviation Institute to develop a new generation of Ukrainian engineers. The lab is equipped with everything necessary for designing, manufacturing, and testing various types of unmanned aerial vehicles. Here, college and high school students work with mechanics, electronics, programming, and design, gaining hands-on experience in creating engineering solutions. Research projects constitute a separate area of AVIA Lab’s work. The company formulates real-world technical challenges, and student teams work to solve them under the guidance of instructors and specialists from “Atlon Avia.” Educational Projects and Engineering Competitions We support the development of technical education through hackathons, engineering competitions, summer and winter schools, as well as specialized educational programs. Our initiatives include the UAV Bootcamp, a winter school for high school students hosted by the Kyiv Aviation Institute, as well as partnership projects with universities and student communities. These formats help young people work on real-world engineering challenges, familiarize themselves with modern technologies, and take their first steps in their careers.
