SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise and an industry leader in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our team as we continue to actively scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic People Partnership: Act as a trusted HR partner for team leads and functional managers across people management matters.
• Retention Management: Drive key talent retention strategies, mitigate turnover risks, and safeguard critical organizational expertise.
• 1-on-1 Frameworks: Conduct 1-on-1 check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews to gather actionable insights.
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate and enhance employee touchpoints across all stages of the employee journey within the company.
• Engagement & Company Culture: Build, foster, and elevate corporate culture, employee morale, and overall engagement initiatives.
• Managerial Coaching: Advise and guide management on team motivation, performance management, and leadership dynamics.
• HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify operational bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.
• HR Projects & Programs: Participate in launching and scaling core HR initiatives and internal people-focused programs.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as an HR People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist.
• Proven Expertise: Strong background in driving employee retention frameworks and engagement initiatives.
• Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle HR operations and talent management.
• Agility: Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and empathetic leadership skills.
