According to the government’s plans, state budget expenditures for 2020 were to increase by UAH 86 billion to UAH 1,270.3 billion, and the reduction will affect a number of ministries. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers wants to create a Stabilization Fund with a capital of 124 billion hryvnias aimed at overcoming the effects of the coronavirus.
