SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise creating advanced UAV solutions and high-tech hardware, is seeking a driven Quality Specialist. If you are passionate about structuring processes, working with world-class aviation/defense standards, and directly impacting product quality, this role is for you!

Core Responsibilities

• Process Mapping: Collaborate with process owners to map, document, and streamline enterprise-wide operational workflows.
• QMS Documentation Development: Draft, update, and deploy Quality Management System documents (standard operating procedures, company standards, policies, regulations, record forms).
• Document Approval & Defense: Lead project reviews, defend proposed regulatory documents before department heads, and address stakeholder feedback.
• Information Gathering & Structuring: Interview process owners to define inputs, outputs, responsibility matrices, control checkpoints, and documentation requirements.
• Methodological Support: Guide process owners through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Gap Analysis & Standardization: Identify bottlenecks, duplicate efforts, and inconsistencies within QMS documentation, offering concrete remediation plans.
• Document Tracking: Maintain registers and logs for QMS documents under active drafting, revision, or audit.
• Audit & Certification Support: Prepare objective evidence and provide operational support during EN 9100certification audits; conduct routine internal quality audits.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in quality management, standardization, certification, or process documentation within manufacturing (aerospace, defense, machinery, or related engineering sectors).
• Process Mapping & BPMN: Practical experience modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in MS Visio, Miro, or equivalent tools.
• Documentation Skills: Proven track record in drafting corporate standards, work instructions, operating procedures, and compliance record forms.
• QMS Standards: Solid understanding of process-based approaches, ISO 9001 core requirements, and sector-specific standards: EN 9100 family, AQAP 2110, or EASA Part 21 guidelines.
• EN 9100 Specifics (Plus): Understanding of risk management, configuration management, traceability, First Article Inspection (FAI), and counterfeit parts prevention protocols is a strong advantage.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to lead workshops with process owners and defend proposed frameworks to leadership.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
