SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise producing cutting-edge UAV technologies, is seeking a proactive Personnel Provision Specialist to support the operational scaling of the UAS “Furia” platform. Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Process Development: Participate in shaping and optimizing talent acquisition and personnel provisioning strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Analyze channel conversion efficiency, test new sourcing streams, and optimize candidate acquisition pipelines.
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the complete lifecycle of personnel provisioning—from initial contact through verification to unit assignment.
- ATS / Candidate Database Maintenance: Maintain, update, and expand the specialized candidate database and tracking systems.
- Recruitment Campaigns: Launch and coordinate targeted recruitment drives across diverse channels (job platforms, social media, referrals).
- Stakeholder & Military Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with military units, Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC), National Police, and institutional partners.
- Needs Assessment: Collect, track, and update staffing requirements across operating units and defense partners.
- Crew Interaction: Maintain direct communication with UAS flight crews and unit commanders to gather field feedback and refine recruitment profiles.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1+ years in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or complex process coordination.
- Industry Interest: Understanding of or strong motivation to work within the Defense / MilTech sector.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience across multiple talent channels (job boards, social sourcing, referral networks).
- Systems Proficiency: Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRMs, or structured databases.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across military and civilian stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Highly proactive, structured, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
