SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise and an industry leader in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead and refine our total rewards architecture during a period of active organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Architecture: Design, implement, and administer compensation systems, grading frameworks, and incentive programs for all employee categories.
  • Labor Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and labor market analyses to deliver actionable recommendations for maintaining competitive compensation tiers.
  • Job Grading & Salary Bands: Build, maintain, and optimize the enterprise job grading structure, defining salary ranges and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Incentive Systems & KPIs: Develop and optimize performance bonus programs, KPI frameworks, and variable pay structures.
  • Manning Table Administration: Maintain and update the official company staffing table (manning table), auditing job titles, grades, headcount, and pay equity against the approved organizational chart.
  • Organizational Optimization: Analyze and propose adjustments to org structures, job re-evaluations, and compensation alignments based on strategic business goals.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee health insurance plans, corporate perks, wellness initiatives, and total rewards packages.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Deliver executive-level analytical reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations evaluating the ROI of total rewards policies.
  • Payroll Budgeting: Participate in annual payroll budgeting, analyze headcount costs, and forecast compensation program expenditures.
  • Internal Equity: Monitor internal pay fairness and ensure all C&B policies remain compliant and closely aligned with overall corporate strategy.
  • HRIS Automation: Participate in HR process automation initiatives and HRIS tool rollouts for reward management.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of direct experience in a dedicated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) role.
  • Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of job evaluation, job grading architectures, incentive scheme design, and total rewards principles.
  • Industry Frameworks: Solid understanding of incentive modeling tailored for administrative/management teams as well as production/manufacturing workforces.
  • Data Analytics: Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
  • Key Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, high efficiency, and comfortable handling large volumes of complex data.
