Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A full-cycle Ukrainian research and production company and a leader in Ukraine’s unmanned aviation industry is actively growing and invites a Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and maintaining management accounting and reporting;
Managing the accounting department: bookkeeping, reporting, primary documentation and taxation;
Liaising with banks, tax authorities and other financial institutions;
Managing the company’s financial resources and cash flows;
Financial modeling of projects, budgeting and budget control;
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Higher education in finance, economics or accounting;
In-depth knowledge of financial management, tax legislation, accounting and taxation;
Experience in developing and implementing management accounting;
Understanding of transfer pricing principles;
Experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory;
Strong leadership skills;
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
