Athlon Avia took part in the career fair at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute for the second time. The event brought together more than 40 Ukrainian and international companies from the defense, banking, manufacturing, and other sectors.
Students had the opportunity to learn more about the companies’ activities, current job openings, internships, and opportunities to launch their careers. The event was geared toward students majoring in technical, IT, engineering, economics, and other fields.
At the Athlon Avia booth, participants examined a model of the A1-CM “Furia” UAV, a ground control station, and learned about the company’s history—it was one of the first in Ukraine to begin manufacturing drones for aerial reconnaissance back in 2014.
As part of Career Day, the company also held “Career Speed Recruiting,” a series of rapid interviews. Company representatives noted that the students arrived well-prepared and highly motivated:
