Athlon Avia Participated in the UAV Engineering Bootcamp 2025 at KAI

A week-long bootcamp for KAI students and postgraduate researchers, focused on hands-on experience. The Athlon Avia team mentored participants and worked with them on real-world UAS engineering tasks.

The bootcamp was organized by KAI to bridge academic learning and practical experience in defense manufacturing. We shared our expertise in the development and operation of unmanned aerial systems, while participants worked on applied engineering tasks — from testing procedures to designing and assembling a test stand for pre-flight checks.

The format enabled participants to quickly move from theory to hands-on work with real engineering processes.

For us, this is an opportunity to engage students in engineering roles and help develop specialists equipped to meet the needs of Ukraine’s defense industry.
