Athlon Avia participated in the largest defense tech job fair—“Arsenal of Talents”—which took place on March 14 in Kyiv and was organized by DOU and Lobby X. The event brought together nearly 4,000 participants and 90 employers across two floors of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II and confirmed the high demand for jobs in the defense sector. Thanks to donation tickets, over 1.5 million hryvnias were transferred to the International Foundation “Come Back Alive”.
At their booth, the Athlon Avia team presented the A1-CM “Furia” UAV and engaged in continuous conversations with candidates: they discussed the specifics of their development work, internal team processes, and introduced them to open job positions. Participants in “Talent Arsenal” had a unique opportunity to interview with Yana Khnykina, HR Director at Athlon Avia, and receive a job offer on the spot.
