About the Role

SPE “Athlon Avia”, a full-cycle Ukrainian research and production enterprise developing advanced UAV systems, is seeking a driven Corporate Security Specialist to establish robust risk control systems, conduct internal investigations, and safeguard corporate assets during a period of rapid organizational growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Security Framework Development: Build and scale corporate security strategy and policies from the ground up.
- Internal Investigations: Conduct internal audits, compliance inquiries, and fraud prevention investigations.
- Economic Security & Loss Prevention: Monitor cash flows, track expenses, audit accounts receivable, and oversee physical inventory audits to prevent asset loss.
- Due Diligence & Background Checks: Perform comprehensive background and reputation checks on prospective candidates, vendors, and business partners.
- Policy & Documentation: Draft and deploy internal security regulations, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Process Auditing & Risk Mitigation: Audit operational workflows to identify vulnerabilities, implementing targeted risk mitigation measures.
- Physical & Access Security: Oversee physical security operations, access control protocols, and security monitoring equipment.
- Data Security & Information Protection: Monitor adherence to confidential information handling and trade secret protection rules.
- Liaison & Reporting: Maintain liaison with law enforcement bodies when necessary and deliver executive risk reporting.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience: Proven background in corporate, economic, or physical security.
- Investigation Background: Demonstrated experience conducting internal investigations, audits, or fraud checks.
- Law Enforcement Background: Prior experience in law enforcement agencies is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient user of PC applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and 1C software).
- Key Traits: Result-oriented mindset, strong decision-making skills, and high integrity.
- Mobility: Valid Category B driver’s license (owning a personal vehicle is a plus).
